We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows can only be returned if the protective seal is intact.
How do I care for my Oxford Homeware linens?
Most of our products are machine washable. We recommend washing at 40°C with similar colors and avoiding harsh chemicals or bleach to maintain the fabric's soft texture and color longevity.
